Hi All,
Over half way through my trip. I can't believe how fast it has gone. Tuesday I returned back my car and decided to go for public transportation. I never thought I was say this but the bus is much more relaxing and less stressful. I spent the last couple of days in a little town called Ballyvaughan in County Clare. The lady at the B & B that I stayed at was really nice I stayed there for two days.
The town was small but the people were nice.
I rented a bicycle and the shop owner sent me on a "mild" bike ride up hill and winding thin roads for 20 km to a town called Fanore. I had a spiritual lesson about half way through. Its not about the destination it is about the journey. So I had to ask myself did I want to keep going up hill with no idea how long it was againist the wind and up hill. No I decided it was about the journey not about getting there so I turned around with the wind at my back. It was amazing I had a much better view of the water and scenery in a lot less resistance. As I was going back I thought about how many times we get stuck thinking that we have to finish something that we forget when it is not fun anymore or if finishing the task was even nessasary.
After the three hours of bike riding I decided I was ready for a break. I'd forgotten to bring water with me. So I stopped at this great tea house everything was made and baked from scratch. I now get that stopping for tea can solve a great many things. The chocolate cake didn't hurt either.
